The 2005 Edition includes a CD Rom (1 user only). Both  publication and CD Rom include all regulations plus annotated versions of the statutes through November 15th 2005. The publication & CD come as a packaged set and are now available for $60.

The 2006 Edition will be available 12/1/06.
